Do you need to be good at art?
No, you don't need any art experience or drawing skills to enjoy an Artful Connections kit. Each project starts with one of Deb's guided templates, so the outline is already there, and her step-by-step videos walk you through the painting at your own pace. There's no right or wrong way to paint, and every finished piece will be uniquely yours.
What if I don't live near my parent?
You can still do it together! Set up a video call and create "together" from different locations. Place an order from interstate or overseas, send them a kit and ask them to show you what they create.
What if my parent has shaky hands?
Artful Connections kits are suitable for people with shaky or unsteady hands. For extra comfort, you can add a Foam Grip for Paintbrush ($2), that slips onto a paintbrush to make the handle wider and easier to hold. You can also pause Deb's video guidance at any time, so there's no pressure to keep up.
