You can also pause Deb's video guidance at any time, so there's no pressure to keep up.

Every kit is created by Debra Shapiro, a professional artist and qualified art therapist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) and over 20 years’ experience in healing practices. Deb regularly leads guided art sessions in Brisbane aged care homes, bringing her experience with older adults into each project. The kits are designed for enjoyable creative engagement, rather than as art therapy.
