Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Artful Connections website and the products and services provided by Artful Connections (Debra Shapiro), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products

Gift Boxes & Art Supplies

When purchasing products from Artful Connections:

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • GST: $0.00 (personal care items)
  • Payment is required in full before products are dispatched (standard checkout)
  • We accept major credit cards via Stripe
  • Bundle discounts are applied automatically when qualifying quantities are in the cart

NDIS Purchases

For NDIS-funded purchases:

  • Self-managed participants pay directly via Stripe checkout
  • Plan-managed participants can use our "Bill My Plan Manager" invoicing pathway
  • Products are dispatched once payment is confirmed by the Plan Manager
  • NDIS invoicing is available for Gift Boxes (any quantity) and Art Supplies orders over $50

Shipping

Products are shipped Australia-wide with secure packaging. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. We take care to ensure safe delivery of all products.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Creative Wellbeing Disclaimer

Artful Connections kits are informed by art therapy practice but are not a substitute for clinical therapy. They are designed for families to confidently facilitate meaningful creative wellbeing experiences together at home.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, and creative materials, is the property of Artful Connections (Debra Shapiro) and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

The purchase of products grants you personal use rights for the included materials and creative projects. Commercial reproduction of project designs, video content, or conversation prompts is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artful Connections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artful Connections from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
